High Speed Newspaper Delivery Guy

just a note of caution for the Hillside Place area of South Orange (though I'm sure it affects other neighborhoods as well). between 5:30-6:00 AM there is a newspaper delivery guy that attempts to reach light speed while delivering papers.  He typically blows through the stop-sign at Hillside Pl and Mountainhouse road at about 50mph (no joke). we were finally able to get his license plate # this morning and have let the Police know. But my Wife & I have both almost been hit by him (either heading for the train or walking the dog), and there's often joggers out that early.
