I've been with AT&T since the very beginning (what's that, 20 years now? I lose track.) and I don't have much to complain about. Except for the last 3 days grappling with their web site as I tried to give them more money. And I also called them a few times. It was just such a fiasco that I gave up on them. The one immediate advantage is that on the Verizon network I'll have coverage on the racquetball courts at the JCC.
woohoo

I know a lot of people have a problem with Comcast/Xfinity, but I've always thought their service and support was ok.
I was an AT&T customer, but after trying to upgrade my phones on the AT&T website and failing, after multiple attempts, and after Verizon told me it would cost me $200 a month to get similar service to what AT&T was charging me $140 for, I took a look at Xfinity. Switching over was easy, and the plan offerings should allow me to actually save money over AT&T. They use the Verizon network I think, which has got to be better than AT&T's.
I'll actually switch my phones over sometime in the next week, so I'm not there yet.
But has anybody made the switch themselves?
