Goodbye Mr Minkus

My daughterSuzanne had to make the hardest decision of her life but she made the correct one and sent Mr Minkus over the rainbow bridge this afternoon. He gave her and us 15 years of happiness and love  Thank you South Orange Animal Hospital and Dr Levine for your care and compassion Nothing hurts as much as when your child is hurting (and I'm hurting too)

What a beautiful cat! 

Putting down animals is so very, very hard. Talking to those who've been through her struggle will help her tremendously. 

Carry on, Mr. Minkus. 

I'm sorry for your loss. Pets are such important parts of our lives that it takes quite a while for the ache to abate when we've said goodbye to one. Mr. Minkus was beautiful and lived a life filled with love.

My condolences on the passing of your beautiful boy.  Hoping you can take comfort in many happy memories of him. RIP

we send love and purrs, too. The birdies outside our windows are watching for a bright new star in the Heavens.

So dignified, that Mr. Minkus. RIP, and healing wishes to you and your daughter, LL. It hurts a lot at the beginning, and slowly eases up with time, but you always miss those little friends.
