First Night 2015

First Night 2015 will be back again for a great New Years Eve celebration at Columbia High School (December 31, 2015 from 4pm-10pm)

We are actively planning the entertainment and will have some returning favorites as well as many great new acts (details to be announced soon!).

We will also be selling admission wristbands for the discounted price of only $10 ! (price will be $20 as the event gets closer)

I'm excited to share our first confirmed acts for New Years Eve:

Sky Squad - thrilled millions of fans with their aerial artistry. Dazzling acrobatic flips and twists off mini trampolines mixed with comedy antics, mid air passes and dynamic slam dunking deliver non-stop pure energy excitement to audiences of all ages.

Cirquetacular - a thrilling, mind-boggling display of artistry and athleticism. Audiences are astounded over the star power delivering never-ending feats of thrilling acrobatic, aerial artistry and more tinged with danger, comedy and heart-stopping, never-seen before artistry.

We will have plenty more to announce soon, including many returning favorites and many more new acts for this year!

Our next planning meeting will be October 5 at 7:30pm at the Village Hall offices, if you want to get involved.

The Marvelous Mutts - A Canine Spectacular, is a thrilling dog sport entertainment show that showcases some of the world’s finest canine athletes. The dogs amaze audiences as they flip and fly to snatch flying discs out of the air and race through obstacle courses with breathtaking speed. Spectators, children and adults alike, always leave our shows with smiles on their faces . . . after they pick their jaws up off the ground!

Prismatic Magic Laser Show - Prismatic Magic's programs are described as a laser show equivalent of School House Rock. Part music, part narrative, and part live performance, the programs are unique in that they use dazzling lasers to draw captivating illustrations on large movie screen. The highly visual qualities of the programs along with the infusion of contemporary, family-friendly pop music make them ideal for all ages!

First Night website has been updated to accept advance ticket sales online at the discounted price of only $11 each. At the door, Tickets will be $20 (cash) or $21 (credit card).

Last reminder - discounted wristbands for first night are available for only $11 each online until Monday. 

After Monday, the price goes up to $15 ($16 online) and can be bought in person at the Maplewood Library, South Orange Library and Sparkhouse in South Orange through December 24.

After December 24, the price rises to $20 for purchases at the door or $21 online.
