Bella Italia in Orange does a very nice job. Great food and a nice space.
Giorgio's in South Orange may be able to. Also The Shillelagh Club. There are a few I can think of , but may be a bit expensive, i.e. Luna Stella and Lorena's.

Second for Bella Italia. Went to a wonderful 80th birthday there.
Pickett's has a space upstairs that should be able to accommodate that size.
Artie's might have an upstairs room also.
