Elder health insurance (LTC) advocate?

Hello All --

Looking for some direction to find an advocate to help with recent denial of payment for long term care insurance for my 91 year old Dad.  

He's about an hour south in Tinton Falls...

I think we need advice and help navigating both how to get the right answers from the facility he's in as well as challenging the insurance company.

yale hauptmann on eisenhower parkway, and his wife, do elder law, know a lot about insurance, and offer a free consult. i heard them at the essex county caregivers coalition meeting from the united way. good luck!

Have you read the policy to determine what it covers and does not cover, amount paid, exclusion period, etc?
