Did you know? Thomas Edison links between NJ and Brisbane, Australia!

I’m not sure if this has been covered in your news, it’s beautiful history here (if only people could slow done to really appreciate it)

While doing some deep excavation work in our State capital, workers unearthed the original  underground installations for the first electrical grid. Brisbane was the third city in the world to get electricity, after London and NYC. This was designed by Edison, made in New Jersey, shipped here... and is just beautiful to see. 


Edison's lab and home are literally right down the road from us in So Orange (In West Orange but close enough!) The Lab is a National Historical site and fascinating to visit!
