Defcon Sauces SWEEP the Awards in NYC...AGAIN!

For the 2nd year in a row, We SWEPT the Wing Sauce category at the NYC Hot Sauce Expo last weekend. These awards, called the Screaming Mimi's, are pretty much the top of the charts when it comes to difficulty to win within the industry, where many hundreds of companies compete for only 14 categories. The Judges are a who's who of the culinary world, including Bon Appetit and other food magazine editors, a number of Food Network celebs, dozens of CIA-trained chefs, and owners of some of the most well-known high-end restaurants in NY. The sweep last year was awesome (and the first time in the history of the awards that a single company swept ANY category), to do it two years in a row is mind-blowing.
