Dare I ask for a seasonal recipe?? cheese

Seriously, is anyone trying any new recipes this year? In a real surprise, I've been asked for two different versions of my vegan 'chopped liver' (the usual mushroom, and an eggplant version I occasionally make). 

A friend makes makes fried veggie noodles with her spiraliser and has inspired me to try making some out of my allergy-friendly root veg. Just for something different.
