contract w/ a plumber??
devil is in the details. How much is the contract? Is it add up to the cost of the normal visits with the discount? Does it offer a guaranteed service time frame? Is there a clear benefit for you? Or is it only for the company?
If you have an oil boiler you should have it serviced annually to function properly and efficiently. We have had an annual service plan with Woolley for many years and have been satisfied. We don't have the A/C serviced as regularly, but we regularly change the filter and check all the places our installer said might indicate the need for service.

anyone have an annual contract w/ a plumber - for your heat and a/c? - so, from understanding, they'd come 1x or 2x per year for servicing your boiler or central air system...and you'd get a discounted rate bc you're on a plan. -just want to know your thoughts on this...how important is it to have both serviced annually? thanks!
