CKO Maplewood

I was trying to find info on CKO Maplewood for someone else. I really do not like places that refuse to advertise their rates but want info on you so they can call. Anytime I have done that the sales people never leave you alone.  An immediate turn off. But, this would not be for me so does anyone know, generally, the cost of being a member there?

I found this on a Yelp review from 2015:

Current price structure: Annual Commitment - $69/month for unlimited
classes - $49 enrollment fee (includes gloves and a t-shirt)
Short Term Commitment (minimum 3 months) - $99/month for unlimited classes - $49 enrollment fee
1 Month of Unlimited Classes -   $139
Drop-in Fee - $20/class
