What ages is this good for?

Just about every age. It's a terrific show. The students are so professional. It's like a night on Broadway.

Yes, it's a terrific show. If you're wondering about the play's satire of sexual and office politics, it will probably just go over a younger child's head. If your child enjoys snappy dialogue and the sheer spectacle and energy of live music and dancing, I'd say go for it. If nearly two and a half hours in a seat (with an intermission), not always being able to follow the plot, sounds like an obstacle, then it might be one.

Saw yesterday's performance and the interesting entertaining panel discussion held after. As said above the productions each and every year I've gone (and I've been going since about 1999 I think) are amazingly well done on every level. It rivals off Broadway productions I've seen. I know it's high school but I still can't get over that this is all done by high school performers. Orchestra too and all the crew involved. Go see it. Showing next weekend too.
