CHS - BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

All I can say is OMG!  This production is totally awesome.  The kids put on an amazing performance.  If I didn't know better, I would have thought we were watching a professional performance.  As a matter of fact, I recently attended a performance of the "Producers" in Morristown that wasn't anyway near this caliber.  Congratulations to all involved.

Cast, scenery, props, makeup, wardrobe, lights, sound, orchestra - these kids are amazing!

We loved it too! It was like watching a Broadway show. What talent! I had a smile on my face the whole time.

Agreed! I was blown away! I've NEVER seen a HS production come close to this! Bravo to the entire cast & crew!!

I've seen it just about every year at CHS in recent years.  The program there is amazing!

In case anyone is looking for tickets for tonight, someone I know has posted three on Facebook SWAP. PM me if you are interested but can't find it.

I have 1 available ticket for tonight's show (Friday, March 18th).  PM me.

Show is sold out for the remaining shows

Just came back from the last show. As always amazing. If you've never been, go next year. I mean it. Regardless of the choice of production, it always astounds and I've been going to Broadway productions and musical revivals for the past 50 plus years. Kudos to EVERYONE. (My son graduated CHS in 2010 and I've gone to these things before he began kindergarten here and continue to go.)

This!

Beauty and the Beast was great, but it was NOT an anomaly.  CHS puts on amazing productions year after year, so just go!

B&TB was our first CHS musical.  Wow, simply wow.  It was so easy to get lost in all of the great performances and completely forget that you were watching a HIGH SCHOOL production. Really magnificent by any standard.

Congratulations to all involved.

I worked backstage with the costumes for three of the performances. Every student I encountered, be they crew, musicians, ushers, ensemble, or lead, was undemanding, respectful, and downright pleasent!

It was great.  I'm glad I got to see it.  Nothing like paying $12 bucks and walking down the street to see a Broadway show.  Outstanding value.
