Chimney repair

Need someone to take a look at our chimney. Looks like some material (non-brick) has fallen from the outside stack onto the ground. Anyone know who could help with this?

We have been using Elite Chimney for maintenance. They have been thorough and not scammy over the last 10 year. We recently had them rebuild the top of our chimney (it had been leaking for a few years and was spalding, so it was time). Not cheap, but fair for the amount of labor that went into it.
