Chihuahua Spotted Running Loose

A loose chihuahua ran across Valley in front of our car just now at the intersection of Valley and Arnold Terrace, right by the Pathmark and the high school fields. Someone must be missing this little guy! He was crossing away from the train tracks/ Pathmark/CVS.

What color was the chihuahua? I know someone who owns one in that area
