The rain garden is pretty spectacular. The Township secured grant funding from NJ American Water to install it about 4 years ago. DPW did the rough digging out, and the Garden Club did the rest, especially David Nial, who REALLY dug it out, gave it contour, and worked SO HARD to get it done. Also, Joanne Beckerich chose and located the plants. Other garden club members were involved, but these two in particular made it happen. It's the largest rain garden on municipal property in the state!
