Car service from Rockland County, NY to and from South Orange

I'm looking for a recommendation for a car service to transport my father (Rockland County, NY) to and from South Orange (same day) on Memorial Day weekend for a family event.  There will be about 8 hours in South Orange between drop off and pickup.  He uses a walker that must be accommodated as well.

I do not want to use Uber for these trips.  All other recommendations for a car service you have used are welcome.  Thank you.

The one time I did an EWR to Rockland trip by car service* my employer booked it with Boston Coach. No idea what it cost.

* Transatlantic flight delay due to engine problems made me so late to Rosh Hashanah at my MILs that I had to take car service up and arrive for dessert.
