Friend and I had lunch there the other day and the food was delicious! I describe it as "country soul." The portions are generous and the hospitality is friendly and warm. The decor needs some help, but I don't think it deems itself as being a true dine in spot. Although the have tables, it's not as cozy as Munchie's. The next time (and there will be a next time!) I'll opt for take out instead of dining in.
