BOE members and opposition to PARCC

I have noticed that some BOE members or candidates are anti-PARCC. This is all well and good, but when acting in their official capacity, BOE members, teachers and the administration must implement the PARCC as long as it is state policy and as long as funding can potentially be withheld by the state or feds.

Opposition to the PARCC or over-testing general needs to come from an overwhelming majority of voters. Only then, perhaps, will politicians get the message.
