Body work/Steering issue?

Sitter hit a snow bank and cased some body damage to a 2007 Honda Odyssey van. It also sounds like the steering has been affected although it seems to be driving fine (kind of a low groaning sound when turning left).  Any recommendations (other than the dealer) for someone to take a peek to diagnose the steering issue?

A reputable mechanic should able to diagnose it, whether the CV joint or suspension, its not mechanically complicated stuff. We use Dave at Nelson's garage for work on our car, been very happy.
