Rutgers Law School in Newark runs a Professionalism program that offers CLE classes. They are cheaper than ICLE but not as frequent.
Did you go to law school in the area. I have been able to accumulate 12 of the required live credits by going to NYU law things. I also once paid a nominal $75 for about 8 credits through the NJ law journal that sponsored something.
Belong to a County Bar Association? If so, most run free programs for members.
Rutgers is relatively cheap. Stay away from the stuff in NY unless you are a member of an association that gives free stuff. The NYSBA is not free or cheap.
You can try Marino Legal Academy. They have a $249 course that satisfies all 24 credits, including the 12 live, in one day.

I usually go through NJICLE, but they are so expensive. Anyone know who has the cheapest ones?
