Anyone have experience with College Works painting

Got an estimate from them today (from a very earnest and enterprising Montclair State U student) and curious to hear from anyone about their experience with them (regarding quality, value, price compared to competitors etc). We'll definitely get another quote from other local exterior painters so if you have any others to recommend, comment here. We aren't getting the entire exterior painted, just the white trim. TIA.

We have used Independent Painters several times and have been very happy with them. George is involved daily while the work is going on, and he makes sure that you are satisfied before they leave.

A previous, if brief, MOL thread about College Works:

The honesty of the last comment there speaks for itself, but FWIW, lanky, I know the poster in real life and trust her opinion.

@lanky

Can you post (or PM if you prefer) the range of estimates you get for doing white trim? We need to have ours redone soon, and I want to be mentally prepared for the costs.

Since I think we'll always have white trim, and plan to live here for a while, I'm considering the permanent paint option. I saw a thread on it about Rutgers Permanent Painting, but also saw http://www.permanentpaintingnj.com/ out of Basking Ridge (which lists Essex county, and Millburn in their service area, but it doesn't specifically mention Mplwd or SO).
