Another heatwave gets started today. Highs for the rest of the week in the upper 80⁰s to low 90⁰s with the heat index in the mid to upper 90⁰s.
Today, afternoon showers likely with a possible thunderstorm, high 90⁰
Tomorrow, hotter, slight chance of an afternoon shower, high 95⁰ with a heat index of 98⁰
A Heat Advisory has been issued by the NWS for today and tomorrow. I fully expect the heat to continue at advisory levels through the weekend.
