Wow, also excellent, dianaid.
I'm wondering which of the two to try first?
are you waiting wth your phone on speaker? I was doing that and kept getting disconnected
My fault or theirs, I don't know, but these guys mishandled my payment when I paid for 2 years with one check.
When trying them on the phone, voicemail tells me they are exceedingly busy and I literally get disconnected when the voicemail maze reveals I need the assistance of a live body. Additionally, two letters, one sent certified, have been ignored and penalties continue to accrue.
If I can't reach them via phone or certified mail, what's left?
