Women's Wellness Morning: Escape for Some “Me” Time Free and open to the public Break out of your routine and make a plan for a healthier life with We’ll warm-up with a short walk, a gentle stretch, some deep breathing and meditation. Then we will: - Discuss eating for energy, weight management and personal motivation. - Get expert tips on shopping for fitness clothing and equipment on a budget. - Set your own personal wellness goals and learn how to manage (and follow through with) them - Enjoy some healthy snacks and beverages We’ll wrap up with a group coaching discussion tailored to your questions and struggles.
