Valley Arts District Art Walk

Join us for a walk around the Valley Arts District to become acquainted - or reacquainted - with the art galleries that the Valley has to offer! The \"walk\" will be led by the Valley\'s very own Lara Gonzales of Marafanyi Drum, Dance and Song, and the tour will be guided by Richard Bryant, Director of Valley Arts. Participants will begin at the Firehouse on Forest and Tompkins Streets, then head up Tompkins to ORNG Ink. After visiting ORNG Ink, the group will continue up Tompkins to Freeman Street, where Oaulie Gallery, Yema, and Arts Unbound are located! After visiting Arts Unbound, the tour will check out the newest edition to the Valley - the Kelli Copeland Lofts and ValleyArts Creative Co-op. After the organized tour, feel free to visit any of the galleries just passed through, to browse further and purchase wonderful art! While you\'re at it, make a whole evening out of it and check out the great restaurants in the area - Hat City Kitchen, Libretti\'s, Dillon\'s Tavern, El Palacio del Pollo, and more!
