Turnover Sale

Our Turnover Sale, now in its 82nd year, has become a legendary annual event in Maplewood! Known as the “Miracle on Baker Street,” the sale is sponsored each year by the United Methodist Women. It takes up two full floors of the church building, transforming Morrow Church into a full-fledged department store of gently loved treasures. We also erect a massive outdoor tent that adds even more sale space! After more than 80 years in business, we have built a fine reputation and a clientele as varied as our merchandise. On opening day, the waiting lines often reach to Maplewood Avenue and beyond! Our loyal customers come from towns near and far, often developing special relationships with our volunteer salespeople. We may not see a customer for the entire year in between sales, but come July, we fully expect to renew the friendship that has grown over the years. The revenue we earn through the Turnover Sale is used to fund vital mission projects and charitable works, both locally and globally. As a result of our collaborative efforts and dedicated volunteers–affectionately known as our “Miracle Workers”–we share fellowship, outreach, and fun. See you at this year\'s sale!
