TBA Lunch and Learn

The Temple B’nai Abraham Congregational Learning program is offering a Lunch and Learn on “Caregiving: Caring for Yourself While You Take Care of Others,” with Karen Frank, Temple B\'nai Abraham Congregational Nurse, at the temple, 300 East Northfield Road, Livingston, These classes are free and open to the community. It will be offered on Thursdays, January 8, 22, February 5 & 19, 2015, 12:00-1:15 PM. Caregiving takes many forms these days: grandparents watching grandkids; empty-nesters finding their grown kids back home; spouses with an ill or frail partner, or adults with aging or declining parents. Many of us find ourselves at a loss to how “to do it all!” Join our discussion on how to both care for others without sacrificing our own self-care.
