Super Hero Training

Super Hero Training- September 4th & 5th We have teamed up w/ Music & More to bring you this fun filled exercise based class for both boys and girls. The goal is get your child active, increase self-confidence, courage and coordination through the use of fun exercises, games crafts and group activities. Some of the things we’ll do in addition to using our x-ray vision and leaping tall buildings at a single bound is make our own power belts and we”ll include a healthy snack to keep up our super duper strength! 1:30- 3:30 PM $40/child
