What else can you call a class in which you’ll make: herbal vinegar, herb flavored salt and sugar, an herb infused honey, an herbal flavoring extract and an herbed compound butter? Bring lunch or purchase it at Matilda’s Café. We’ll eat outside in the herb garden and then resume our “pres-herb-vation” activities. All materials included.
