Poet’s Walk and British Breakfast

A fine day in June is the perfect time to celebrate the connection between landscapes and poetry. Take an early morning walk and learn about the Frelinghuysen’s English roots with Lesley Parness, Superintendent of Horticultural Education. We’ll pause at some inspirational spots for a poetry reading. If you have a favorite British poem, please bring it along to read. Spiritually fortified, we’ll then set upon a Full British Breakfast prepared by Chef Cynthia Triolo including a fry-up of eggs, bangers, mushrooms, beans, roasted tomatoes, crumpets and scones.
