NJ State Robotics Championship

For the second year in a row, South Orange Middle School has been selected to host the NJ State Championship for this age group. These events don\'t feature the high school students, but elementary and middle school students from your town. Elementary and Middle School Students from around NJ and as far away as Massachusetts will unite at the South Orange Middle School for the NJ State Robotics Championship for VEX IQ. This action-packed event will each feature more than 25 teams who will collaborate with other schools in a series of back-to-back robot challenges. Participants will strive for the championship title by strategically executing the game High Rise, driving robots they built and programmed. The winners of this event will go on to the World Championships in Louisville Kentucky next April. NJ State Championship for VEX IQ December 14, 2013: 10AM - 12PM The event is free and will take place in the South Orange Middle School Cafeteria, 70 N Ridgewood Rd, South Orange, NJ 07079. Entrance to the cafeteria is in the back.
