NJ Photography Forum: Abstracts @ Gallery 1978

ABSTRACTS presented by New Jersey Photography Forum March 26th - April 23rd Open Saturdays & Sundays, 2-5pm Abstract photography is non-representational. It communicates primarily through line, shape, form, color, pattern, texture and use of light. This exhibit includes straight shots, manipulated photographs, those combined with other images, and mixed media. All forms of abstract photography, photographic presentation, processing, printing and physical presentation were considered for inclusion for this exhibition. New Jersey Photography Forum presents a comprehensive look at abstract photography. Physically to digitally manipulated images are created to evoke emotion. By mixing traditional photography with hot wax and torn paper, images are created and recreated into thoughts and feelings through shapes, color and forms.
