Melt Your Fear with Physical Movement Humans are hardwired to stay alert for danger. It saved our ancestors from being eaten by tigers, but it doesn’t always serve us in our everyday lives or when we want to present our best selves. Fear is a huge roadblock to innovation and engagement at work and when dealing with stressful situations. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to recognize your own Fear Signature and how to shift yourself out of fear using physical movement. Shifting out of fear helps you feel happier, and more energized and productive at work and in your personal relationships! Free and open to the public. No registration required.
