Maplewood Town Flu Clinic

All flu shot clinics will be held at Maplewood Town Hall, 574 Valley St. Quadrivalent vaccine will be used. This flu vaccine clinic is for adults, 18 years of age and older. Pregnant women must bring a note from their doctor. Medicare Part B will be accepted. Must bring Medicare card. All others: $20.00.
