Maplewood Greenhouse Sign-Ups

GREENHOUSE SPACE AVAILABLE TO MAPLEWOOD RESIDENTS THURSDAY, SEPT. 10th, 2015 Maplewood residents are invited to apply for bench space in the Rahner Greenhouse on Thursday, September 10th, 2015 beginning at 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the Meeting Room at Maplewood Town Hall. Doors will open at 4:00 PM. The allocation of spaces will be made in the order in which applicants arrive. Greenhouse space is available only to Maplewood residents and only one (1) space is allowed per household at sign up. Application forms will be available at registration. The forms must be signed by the applicant and accompanied by cash or check made payable to the ‘Township of Maplewood’ in the amount of $30.00, the seasonal fee. If you are personally unable to sign up, you may send a representative. If you or a substitute are/is unable to come to the Town Hall at this time, however, payment and a completed application can be submitted to Donna Lenci, office manager, Department of Public Works office (973-762-1175) by no later than Tuesday, September 30th. Thereafter, current bench space renters may rent an additional bench, if available, at the DPW offices. The greenhouse is open from Saturday, October 3rd, 2015, through Memorial Day, May 30th, 2016 (Memorial Day weekend). There are 160 bench spaces. Each space consists of approximately nine (9) square feet. Regular hours are: Monday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Tuesday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM Thursday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
