Dress in comfy clothes that have plenty of wiggle room. Bring a mat if you have one! We use books and music that engage young imaginations while exploring yoga poses, visual imagery and relaxation techniques. Ms. Judie includes Eat Like A Yogi, a mindful eating exercise, in every class. Students learn how to be in the present moment while eating a healthy snack. Ask them to show you at home!
