Christie and Beyond: Unraveling the State of the Garden State with journalists Tom Moran & Matt Katz @ TBA On Wednesday, March 30, at 7:30 PM, Temple B’nai Abraham Congregational Learning presents a discussion on Christie and Beyond: Unraveling the State of the Garden State with Tom Moran, Star Ledger, Editorial Page Editor and Matt Katz, WNYC reporter and author, American Governor: Chris Christie’s Bridge to Redemption. Even for New Jerseyans long accustomed to the feeding frenzy of our state politics, keeping track is hard... what with Governor Christie’s failed presidential bid and endorsement of Donald Trump, a state debt of over $150 billion, a state legislature divided not just by party but by geography, a US Senator under indictment and, of course, Bridgegate. Two award-winning journalists, Tom Moran and Matt Katz, long involved in covering the state, will try to “unravel” what’s going on, and discuss what’s next. There will be a book signing opportunity with author Matt Katz. Books will be available for purchase. This event is free and open to the community. Temple B’nai Abraham is located at Temple B’nai Abraham, 300 E Northfield Road, Livingston, entrance on East Cedar Street. To register go to www.tbanj.org or call 973-994-2290.
