Health and Wellness Lecture: Caregiver Overload

Caregiver overload occurs when tasks that are required to care for a loved on build up to the point of being too stressful. The danger of taking on too much as a care partner or family caregiver is that in most instances the caregivers\' health and well-being is at risk. Join us at this informative health program, where members of the Saint Barnabas Medical Center Transitions of Care team will discuss the common stressors associated with caregiving and what you can do to help alleviate it.
