Free class on vinyasa yoga by talented local instructor Stephen Hudson (of Shakti Yoga), sponsored by the South Mountain YMCA for the benefit of our community. Space is limited so please rsvp at nostress@metroymcas.org. The class will be held at the Civic House in Memorial Park (the building right by the tennis courts). This is part of a stress reduction series and one more class will be offered on meditation the following Tuesday.
