In this class Miriam will help us understand how the 5 Elements function within our body and mind. She will demonstrate through passive dowsing how we can see these changes in our energy systems, giving us the information we need to gently bring back the balance and joy we are all seeking. •Building a comprehensive awareness of your energy systems. •Analyzing the 5 Elements Ether Air Fire Water and Earth, their effect your body-mind and the effects on your energy or Chakra Systems. •Sound healing with tuning forks. •Reducing stress and tension. •Chi Gong, sound and meditation practices. •Compassionate listening. •Nutrition and spiritual counseling upon request. Miriam O\'Mahony has a background in world religions, philosophy and theology, nutrition and alternative medicine. She worked as a Polarity therapist, Nutrition and Lifestyle Counselor, workshop leader and teacher on Long Island and NYC for 30 years. Miriam aka Kelsang Dechok, is an ordained Kadampa Buddhist nun, she has meditated for over 40 years, and has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 16 years. She is a widow with 2 children and 5 grandchildren. Her Polarity practice is unique and well developed due to the amount of training received from the various masters she has studied with throughout her life. She uses these skills and compassionate listening to relate to and understand her clients core beliefs. In a typical 90 minute session, you will see clearly where your energy systems are blocked. This unique understanding will give you profound insights into your life and healing. Her gentle, yet powerful approach will assist in accessing your own healing power, returning your body and mind to its natural state of harmony, balance and joyful energy.
