Free adult health clinic for residents, 18 years and older. Services provided include blood pressure screening, carotid bruit screening, metabolic syndrome and diabetes risk assessment, weight management, counseling and health education on medications, lab work, chronic diseases and healthy living and wellness. Referrals to community health services available, as needed. Services provided by the Maplewood Health Department Nurse.
