Dharma for Kids

Help your child discover a treasury of Buddhist wisdom. Join us as we learn to calm our minds, practice loving kindness, and develop compassion for all living beings. Parents and children are together in the same room. Classes will include lessons on Buddhist teachings, short meditations and a hands on activity. The teachings utilize traditional Buddhist stories and meditations from the books of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, adapted for kids. Suitable for ages 7-11. Offered on 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month
