Development in the Hilton Area - HNA Meetinng

HNA August 20th Meeting Will Feature Information About Development in the Hilton Area The Hilton Neighborhood Association meeting on Thursday, August 20th at 7:30 PM in DeHart Community Center, 120 Burnett Avenue will feature two speakers who will discuss development plans in the Hilton area. Mark Carelli, the new owner and developer of the former Hilton United Methodist Church site at Boyden Avenue and Tuscan Road, will explain his plans for the construction of an apartment building. Mr. Carelli is a local architect who lives in town and is the owner of the former Pierson\'s Mill on Valley Street. In addition, a representative from the Maplewood Crossing rental apartments on Burnett Avenue will show the design for a third building to be placed in front of the two present buildings. This meeting will provide an opportunity for Maplewood residents to ask questions and discuss their concerns. Everyone is welcome to come. The meeting is free and open to the public.
