Community Blood Drive: Save a Life!

Community Blood Drive Did you know less than 5% of the population donates blood yet 80% will need it at some time in their lives? Or that every 2.5 seconds someone needs blood? It could be a friend, a family member, or maybe even you. Drop in to donate if you weigh more than 110 lb. Each donor will receive a free cholesterol and glucose screening. (16-year olds can donate with a parental consent form and proof of age. Donors over age 75 must present signed document from their doctor stating they can give blood. Please bring a signed photo ID, and remember to eat beforehand! Saturday, May 2 10 am to 3 pm at Main Library
