Civic Engagement Institute

Sharpen your skills and boost your confidence for volunteering by participating in the Civic Engagement Institute. The four workshops are free, but require a commitment to volunteer locally after the sessions are completed. Trained professionals will share valuable information, including a free personality profile and analysis, time management and productivity tips, group dynamics exercises, and presentations on local volunteer opportunities. Sessions are held Saturday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.at South Orange Public Library in the Community Room on Nov.1, Nov. 8, Nov. 22 and Dec. 6.
