Chakra Meditation Series for Teens

2-Part CHAKRA MEDITATION SERIES FOR SUMMER for Tweens & Teens with Andrea Grace Tweens (8-12) ~ 2 Mondays 3:15-4:30pm July 13 & 20 Teens (13 & up) ~ 2 Mondays 4:45-6:00pm July 13 & 20 $60 for the 2-part series (includes art supplies) (you can take the first class and not the second, if you really want, $35) Classes include movement, games, explanation of the chakra system, meditations and exercises for clearing and strengthening the chakras, and a FUN art project! Kids leave the class feeling calm and uplifted, empowered and energized. Andrea Grace is a Reiki Master, Meditation Facilitator (for all ages) and a Certified Hypnotist specializing in Past Life Regression. Andrea is a student and practitioner of eastern natural healing arts, and is a graduate of Byron Katie\'s 9-day School for The Work.
