Book Reading with Dr. Gabrielle Principe

The South Orange Maplewood Chapter of Mothers & More and Words Bookstore are co-sponsoring a talk and book signing with Dr. Gabrielle Principe, Associate Professor of Psychology at Ursinus College. Gabrielle Principe\'s book, \"Your Brain on Childhood: The Unexpected Side Effects of Classrooms, Ballparks, Family Rooms, and the Minivan,\" is a great read for parents who are trying to navigate the opposing pressures of a society pushing an agenda for early structured learning and the recent call for more free range parenting. Gabrielle Principe\'s background as a developmental psychologist and parent of two has yielded a book packed with humor as well as eye opening data.
