Oren Warter, Livingston resident, was recently diagnosed at the age of 44 years with Acute Myologenous Leukemia (AML). Oren is in need of a life-saving bone marrow transplant. His perfect match could be you. If you are between the ages of 18 and 50 and in general good health, you are eligible to participate in a 10- second cheek swab and join the worldwide registry. It is easy and it is painless. •Though not required, an accompanying donation of $60 to cover processing the swab is greatly appreciated. •The term “bone marrow” is actually outdated because if you are someone's “Miracle Match,” over 80% of donations are through stem cell donation, similar to giving blood.
