All are welcome to this opening reception for the exhibition of the photographs of Dr. Marc Goldman and Janet Rudolph, which will be display until Dec. 31. Dr. Marc Goldman started his life-long love of photography at an early age. His first camera was a Brownie Kodak Instamatic. He soon moved to SLR cameras with multiple lenses and slides, and now he has embraced digital photography. At first he was reluctant to stop using film, but he made the change to digital after being inspired by a photographer working for National Geographic. Dr. Goldman’s landscape photographs are inspired by the wonders of nature found in the National Parks out west. Janet Rudolph’s photographs are an extension of the spiritual work she practices in daily life. The goal of her show is to exhibit images that stimulate the viewer to stop and look at the natural world with new eyes. Rudolph explains:“ When I work in photography I seek to examine, enjoy and grow closer to Mother Nature’s essences because they are always imbued with magic. The images I have chosen for this show are ones I feel particularly exhibit the ‘spirit of nature’ in its beautiful, unique and varied facets.”
